2008 Ford Escape start when red 6 pin connect is plugged in.

I have a 2008 Ford Escape automatic with standard key with the thar-for4 t harness and the evo all and I only have one key so I'm using the dcryptor and I programmed the module for standalone remote start and when I try to program the key to the module after I plug in the 4 pin black connector while the led is red I let go then plug in all remaining connectors, but when I plug in the red 6 pin connector the car starts and won't shut off until I unplug everything out of the evo-all, when I unplug just the 6 pin the car is sent into anti theft mode. Tried starting over and restarted the module and reprogrammed a few times and same result. What could be the issue? The first time I went through all the steps it was successful and the car would start and stop with the oem keyfob. Then I think I programmed something wrong and I can't get it back.  The only was that I have hardwired is the yellow ignition wire and the dark blue hood pin wire.

what is the modules service number?

Red connector not needed for programming.

also, i would try simply plugging in only the red connector. If car starts to crank, there's a problem with your harness. Car shouldnt be cranking though since it will only crank once immobilizer is active.

The car only cranks when the black connector is plugged in with the red connector no matter what as soon as you plug in the red connector the car starts or the ignition turns on with out the key. I'll get you the service number.
Odd considering Ford does not allow the vehicle to crank if the immobilizer/key is not present.
The service number is 001A06 897424. And it has me stumped.
No ideas?
