2018 Subaru Outback Keystart EVO-ALL Solace S3 (IC4) Won't Stay Running

0 votes
Just installed a Solace S3 remote starter (IC4 module w/ relay pack v. FW51) using an EVO-ALL in my 2018 Outback with a standard key start.  Everything went well.  Flashed with 79.45 firmware, did the programming, DCryptor went well also.  Car will lock/unlock/hatch release no problem.  Tach is programmed  via data.

Vehicle will start, run for just a couple seconds and shut off. It will attempt this 3 times.  The remote says that the car is running (I get confirmation as such) but it still dies.... then attemps restart.

I've double checked all wires at ignition. All appears good. Any ideas?

Turns out the instructions were wrong. The blue/black immobilizer wire needs to go on the plug side of the cut (Yellow/Red), not the vehicle side (Yellow/Green) as depicted in the diagram. Big shout out to Solace for their after hours support on their Facebook page!

Hello there,
Thanks for sharing your experience, My Solace IC4 (as printed on the module case) has stopped working. I took it to a repair shop they charged me for 60$ and ended up saying the fob is not working and asking  me to go with a new remote start for 600$.
I am wondering if I can replace the solace anteanna and fobs with a Fortin RF kit and Evo All module, is that doable? Would you please share with me any documentation or experience you have? also, please let me know if you recommend to install a evo-all as a standalone and remove the old module.

Thanks in advance for your time
