2013 Hyundai Elantra shock sensor not setting off evo one alarm. It blinks when the car is hit, does this mean the alarm is not set up?

After locking doors there is a 15-20 seconds delay before the alarm is activated.

Is it possible the alarm is not activated on the evo? What I am most concerned about is that the shock sensor does not activate warn away or the alarm. The shock sensor blinks when the car is hit so if the alarm is programmed it should sound.

What is the service number to the evo-one?

I'm not sure, where would I find it? I had a professional installer put it in but they were frustrated and left it as is. I know they flashed it a few times through their account.
The service number is on the back of the evo-one module itself.
the service number on the unit is: 002B07 131437
You need to enable option 14.2 in the remote starter, then re test your shock sensor.
Is that something I can do or will the installer have to do it? Thanks for your help
Plug in the evo to the flash link in connection mode remote starter. enable option 14.2 and click save options, plug back in and test installation.

Hope the horn wire was hooked up or a siren other wise you will not get any sound to tell you the alarm is going off.
