2015 explorer won't turn off

Question

I can get the car to start but once it starts the unlock/lock buttons on the key don't work. If I put the key in the ign turn it on and off the eng stays running

Turn on options A1 to A11. You have turned off foot brake so it definitely wont shut down. Also ensure options C1 and D1 are on as well.

Does the blue led flash on the evo when pressing the lock unlock buttons on the remote once its runnin?

I have A1-A11 and C1&D1 turned on still does the same thing. the blue led does not flash when i hit the button on the key
