EVO-ONE and NIST2 T-Harness 2010 Nissan Rogue reg key

Hi, I installed a EVO-ONE with NIS2 T-Harness on a 2010 Nissan Rogue (regular key) along with a REVO ONe RF kit. I was able to program the unit, but upon testing, the fuse in the T-Harness (Red) kept blowing. I narrowed it down to the tap I did to the parking light wire (Cut white wire on power connector in T-Harness  and tapped to pink wire with silver dots (wire 71 in wirecolor photos) by driver kickplate). Once I disconnected the tap from the pink/silver dot wire, the autostart worked but parking lights would not go on. The guide states that this is the positve parking light wire and no relay needed. Am I using the wrong wire?

Also, the guide stated to connect purple wire in T-Harness (Arm) to red wire in drivers kick panel, and purple/white wire (disarm) to blue wire in drivers kick panel. However the photos of the wires in wirecolor (wires number 104 red w 2 silver dots and 106 blue w 2 silver dots) referenced are the ones I used. I tapped the wires shown in the photos, but when I autostart, it triggers the vehicle alarm. Are these the wrong wires or does this sound like a programming issue?

The alarm question is an easy fix.

If the alarm rings on remote start, you must enable option D2 in the bypass options. This will disable the oem alarm before remote start.

 

The fuse blowing can be a few reasons. We'll need that 12-digit service number first to see if appropriate options are enabled; specifically 31-4 as this controls that white wire from connector E on the evo.

What amp fuse is in the t-harness?

Was the parking light wire actually tested before anything? Is it really a (+)parking light wire?

Thank you. Do I need the flash link to program to enable appropriate options or can it be done with the valet button? The fuse is a 30 amp fuse. Unfortunately I did not write down the service number before installing so I will need to pull the module out. I did use the flash link to program the unit to use the RF module, but did not change any other default settings. I did not have a test light to test the parking light wire so I just used the wire indicated in wirecolor.
You can go through option selection of the remote starter options via the valet button as long as you have Fortin remotes. If not, just disconnect the unit from the car and hook it up to the flash link.

If that 30 amp fuse blew, I don<t think you were on the right wire. Just stick a meter on it then turn on the parking lights to see if 12V is present.
