All your options seem fine but we can only see the options from the last time it was connected to the flash-link and the options tab was opened. If a master reset was done at any point afterwards, the options went back to default.

If the dark blue wire on the 20-pin is grounded, it will prevent remote start. So make sure it's not connected anywhere.

I didn't do reset but could you explain how to do that master reset?

the dark blue not connected
Master reset can be found here: https://fortin.ca/en/qa/50193/faq-how-do-i-reset-my-evo-all

I do not recommend a reset though if you do not have the flash link since this will reset all the options back to default.

The yellow/black test is actually a little tricky. It works two ways, a single 0.5 seconds pulse to start and then to stop or just ground the yellow/black and leave it grounded. Leaving it 2 seconds may actually just be starting then stopping it automatically since it falls under the 2nd mode.
was a solution ever found?
