Evo-All No response

I am installing the Evo-All into my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I believe the wiring is correct and I updated the firmware to the latest available. But when I try to program it I get a solid red LED and a rapidly flashing blue LED and I have the EVO-All set to remote start after 3 pushes of the lock button on my key fob. However nothing happens even if I try Lock-Unlock-Lock. Any clues?

When you hit the lock button on your remote do you see the blue light on the evo-all light up?

EVO-ALL does not work as a 3x LOCK remote starter on this vehicle. It is not listed as compatible on the website. The eVO-ALL onyl does transponder bypass for this vehicle along with a few Can-Bus features As per guide, you also need firmware 4.06.
