Can I use this product in my 05 Saturn Relay 3 Van to be able to start it after I have installed a new PCM?

I HAVE A MINT 10,000 mile Saturn Relay 3 Van. I have a new PCM that I want to install as it has a slightly custom tune for more power from the 3500 puny V-6. The damn PK3 trasponder security system is preventing the van from starting. So I need a way to bypass the PK3. If I buy and install this system, will it allow me to bypass the PK3 system, so I can start the Van using my new PCM? I have no problem having to start it remotley if that will be required. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.

The system needs to do a learn routine in the car with a 100% functional PK3 system. It will not completely bypass the original PK3 system and would ideally need to be used with a remote starter.

I'd recommend bringing your car to the dealer to get that little PK3 issue fixed.
