WHY ARE ALL LIGHTS FLASHING AFTER KEY BYPASS PROGRAMMING STATE. INSTEAD OF RED AND YELLOW

I'm trying trying to install the Evo-all (THAR MAZ1) Harness, at the end of the key by-pass programming stage, all 3 lights flash on the module instead of the red and yellow alone. What should I DO.

Sounds like you may be following the wrong programming. You should be following the 2 key programming if you are using the mazt1.

Im following the standalone procedure  pdf file number(62951.pdf) . All the 3 lights starts flashing after the second key is programmed. At step 13, instead of red and yellow, all thte 3 lights flashes. I have double checked the wiring, everything seems okay per the pricedure. What do i do. I tried to flash the  module but the total of module flash stays at 1, no matter how many times I try. This is my module S/N 001A07 253480. Can you reset or flash it for me. Thank you.
