This device has no network temporarily...

Daughter went to remote start with Evo Start and Evo One via iPhone app and the app says "This device has no network temporarily, and the remote start is invalid!"

I am assuming a signal issue but any info would be appreciated for troubleshooting.... Hyundai Santa Fe pts, factory 3 Lock start with iPhone app Evo Start LTE and Evo One installed. I am awaiting her arrival to check led status on both units. 3 lock start worked fine.

Thank you!

Please try the following.

Go into settings, then account, and log out.

Close the app completely, reopen it, and log back in.

We gave that a go with no luck. THANK YOU FOR THE INFO.

I have Evo Start Lte with Evo All in my vehicle, she shared vehicle access with me (WONDERFUL OPTION IN THE APP) and my phone worked perfectly with her vehicle. As soon as I sent a command to her vehicle, her phone worked from there on out. We removed MY access to her vehicle and her phone is running just fine again...........

20 minutes later, offline again. For BOTH of our phones. Tried unplug and plug back in. Still offline.

I am going to try removing the sim card. Both phones work via Bluetooth to vehicle..... Sim issue it seems like now
Evo Start receiving commands via Bluetooth from either phone.

I believe the Sim card may have crapped out.

Red light is blinking, green starts blinking when Bluetooth command is used, the Blue signal light is not lit or blinking on the Evo Start module.
Ok, after troubleshooting, I placed my SIM CARD into the EVO START LTE Mobile in her car and it fried my SIM CARD. So I have 2 fried SIMs and a bad EVO START LTE module. I'm guessing customer service for new SIM CARDS for our account?...and now a warranty for the bad module. It's been less than 1 year for the bad module
