2012 kia sorento push-to-start auto start to evo-one not working

0 votes
I am installing an evo-one bypass module with an autostart remote starter, I have everything hooked up as per the quick install guide. I am replacing an old evo-all module, when I plug in the evo-one the yellow led lights up indicating ignition, however the car will not start or lock/unlock the door.

I have the autostart programed to the fortin setting, and the evo-one is flashed to the latest version. The car will start with the old evo-all module plugged in, but wont lock/unlock the doors.

I am unsure what i am missing/needing to make this work like the old one used to. Updating the bypass module to work with the new autostart module.

Hello,

What is the S/N number to the unit?

Best regards.

S/N is 002B04 625459
The evo-one is a remote starter and bypass module. It does not get paired with another remote starter.

The evo-one would be installed alone with an rf kit

OR

You install the auto start with a evo-all module.

Can I flash the old evo-all module to the updated firmware?

S/N 001A04 039661

if so, I will need this module to be reset to allow me to flash it.
No, that is a hardware 4 module there are no updates for it.
