After dcrypting and back to the car, the red and yellow light keep flashing.. why is that????

Hello,

 

This would indicate dcryptor did not work.

 

I would suggest resetting the unit in the vehicle: https://fortin.ca/en/download/61931/61931.pdf

 

Once this is done re enable the options desired, for 3x lock it would be C1 and D1. Then re program the moudle in the vehicle and re run dcryptor.
