Hello,

If im not mistaken Ford actually has a TSB for this very issue, I did a quick google search and it seems to be a common issue on the 10-12 fusions. Seems the fix is to re calibrate the climate control module.

Best Regards.

We just resolved this issue today for a customer.  We had to enable the factory remote starter with the ford IDS.  Then in the settings choose the option to turn on climate control to last setting in the factory options.Cheers!
