{2015 Nissan Altima} Only way to stop engine is to press start/stop button on dash 3 times.

After installation of Evo, the only way the car turns off is by pushing the start/stop button on the dash 3 times. It no longer shuts off by just pressing it once. This occurs when the car is started with the fob (lock lock lock) and it also happens when the car is started traditionally with the start/stop button on the dash. Why???

What connections have you made in the vehicle aside from plugging in the t-harness?

Did you use all the connectors on the t-harness?

What is the S/N number on the back of the module?

We made the connections to the BCM, as well as the hot wire and ground wire. We connected all but the "locking black" and "blue" connectors to the module. (There was no place to plug the black or blue into on the module.)

Meanwhile, since installation of the EVO, we noticed the battery was not charging while the vehicle was running, but it would take a charge and hold the charge overnight. Through a process of elimination (alternator/battery/connectors), we replaced the negative battery terminal connector on the vehicle, as it showed some corrosion, and it seems to have fixed the problem. (At least for now).
