Hello. I am installing evo-all (standalone) on a 2018 lexus LS 500h (hybrid). Which guide should I be using?

There are no guides specific to the hybrid as we have not seen that model in north america. We cannot guarantee that following the non-hybrid plan would be functional.

Yes, I wrote down the firmware 79.45, steering lock wire I did not connect. Lock-Unlock-Lock works better than lock-lock-lock.  On the switch, the parking light was green (14th). And the yellow (16th) must be cut.
