2020 Silverado Linkr LT2 door locks not working

0 votes
I installed the Fortin Evo-all with T-Harness on my 2020 Silverado 2500HD that has no Onstar, then added the Linkr LT2 and everything works except the door locks. I checked continuity of the purple and purple/white wires from the Evo-All plug to the pins on the BCM and the wires are fine. With the Evo-All disconnected I can control the door locks by applying ground to the purple and purple/white wires. I have performed a full reset of the Evo-All multiple times, and tried at least 20 different flash configurations and nothing. It seems as if the Evo-All is not applying ground for lock control, possible firware or module issue because the Evo-All is Flashing the Blue light for lock via the Linkr LT2 and the red and blue for unlock. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Re do the programming ensuring you do step 10: https://fortin.ca/download/91061/evo-all_ig_tsa_bi_gm7-sierra1500-sylverado1500_2019_a_91061.pdf

Also make sure you have the correct door lock connector plugged into the evo.

I am sure that I have been doing that, but tried again and cant finish because I have reached my dcryptor limit. My EVo-All is SN 001A07157045, can it be reset?
