RM 411 transmitter won’t program

Question

I installed a the Evo All in a 2015 Chevy Silverado and decided I needed an RF kit for better operation. Installation went smooth but during the programming of the remotes only one worked. I'm using the RM411 with the t harness and RFA2cable. I have tried the program sequence several times without results. Any reason the antenna and remote aren't talking?

Could be an option is missing, or the in vehicle programming missed something.

 

What is the S/N to the module? I will check your options and settings.
