Unit doesn't flash blue rapidly

During programming I let off the button at blue, reconnect everything, push to start button twice but it doesn't flash blue rapidly, just shuts the light off. When I connect it to dcryptor, it says the information was not complete

Typically caused by a problem with CAN-BUS connections.
