the 0.57 should of only been recommended for the Taurus.

Reprogram the unit with 71.28.

the guide say .57 only

can you please ensure the decrytor was reset to zero as i only have once left and the flash reset. this unit was a real issue followed guide  and even went as far as to rewire unit and double checked all connections.

is there any way to get the guides corrected as this has been two guides in a week that have been incorrect,

thanks Robb

Guide says 71.28. The flash link though was pushing 0.57 on those installs. I forced changed it.

I'll get the dcryptor checked. Try without reprogramming though, there's a chance you may not need to reprogram since it's a "release on yellow" type programming.  Just make sure everything works (lock- unlock, start, stop with remote, stop with brake)

Also, you shouldnt need D2 on these cars. Factory alarm or not.

hey robb

it depends what browser you are using if you use microsof edge or safari in comes up with software 57 in the guide if you use microsoft Edge the same guide tells you to use 71.28

same guide 88721 but microsoft edge pulls a later revision
That's a browser cache issue. It keeps showing you what you once downloaded before.

Hit CTRL+F5 or hit CTRL-SHIFT-DELETE to clear the cache (choose clear chached images and files).
