Purchased the EVO-GM1 for my 2012 Chevrolet Cruze.  Want to install it in standalone but need to purchase an RF Kit since my factory FOB want function after car is started.  Looking at picking up the Compustar Prime G15 FR-1WG15-AM RF Kit.  Can't anthing on the internet to figure out if this is compatible with the EVO-GM1.  Thanks

Not compatible.

I would suggest going with a Fortin brand RF kit for ease of installation and programming.

Right but, if one changes the pinout of the 4 pin plug to match fortin, it will work. Am I correct in saying this. Because I already have the kit and want to throw it on a evo in standalone. What options do I need on. ? Thanks Derek.
Yes i believe you have to repin the antenna cable or use the little adapter cable they make. If you wanted to try it would be the ft-d100 option in the rf kit section.

Obviously since it isn't tested by fortin, there is no guarantee on functionality of the 2 together.
