Can you do 3X Lock on manual 2015 Chevy Cruze or do you need RF kit?

Evo one with t-harness can a 2015 Chevy Cruze manual use 3X Lock for remote start? Or do you have to add an  RF kit?

No you can't, the only reason you need RFKIT is when the engine is running, your factory key won't work to unlock the doors and enter the car.
