2018 Toyota Tundra will not program Can Bus, what are next steps?

I have system fully installed.  When going through programming, can bus programming yields a red light.  Voltage on Can Bus Low is 2.42vdc Can Bus High is 2.62vdc on Fortin can bus wiring harness.  I tried alternate can bus programming (let go of program button on blue light, turned ignition on, get blue flashing lights).  I have tried reprogramming 10+ times, immobiliizer programming is successful.  Using THarness.  Open ticket is 10820

Bypass Firmware 79.45

Remote Start 1.24

-  This would indicate your can programmed.

Thanks Derek, unfortunately, the system will still not function and when I try to go thru the normal programming procedure (in full), it fails at the can bus phase of the programming (instead of flashing blue lights, I get a red light).  It passes the immobilizer phase of programming.

In short, I do this:

Plug in with programming button pushed, release programming button with Red/Blue light, connect A, C and D Connectors, press the program button 10x, turn ignition to on/run, instead of rapidly flashing blue led, I get a red led.

For wiring, the only thing I did not wire was the pink/black hood pin wire.

I don't see any indication on the lights on the Fortin Evo One box when I operate the lock/unlock buttons on my key.

The truck still functions as normal.  I do see a flashing security light on the dash and hitting the lock button on the remote 3x (or more) does not impact this light.

If I can't figure out today, I am going to factory reset and reprogram.  Truck is in pieces, so I have to go/ no go this pretty quick.
try performing a master reset: http://wirecolor.com/en/qa/50193/faq-how-do-i-reset-my-evo-all?show=50193#q50193

Then try re programming the unit in the vehicle.
Alex from Fortin stuck in there with me and helped me get this figured out!  In short, my OBDII connector is wired different than anything Fortin has a picture of.  My OBD connector is black (not white like in their picture) and every pin has a wire in it.  The pin position is right in their picture (Pin 7 on top row), but the wire color is wrong (mine is yellow, no light blue).  I sent Alex pictures of my connector and wiring, so hopefully, there will be an upgraded guide for 2018 Toyota Tundra (not sure if it is all of them or just certain models).  Mine is a Limited that comes with an integrated factory trailer brake, so not sure if that is the difference or not.  My sincere thanks to all that commented and to Alex for figuring this out!
Interesting observation about the OBD-II connector color and IMMO wire color.

I have a 2018 Tundra Double Cab Limited, with Brake Controller, US Model.  My OBD-II connector is white and wire color is Lt. Blue as indicated in the diagram.

Note my TPMS wire color was Pink not Red.  I was able to confirm this using Wirecolor.com and the surrounding wire colors which match exactly.
