evo-one 05 tahoe

According to guide # 23251(found on guide list) the evo one should work on 2003-2006 tahoe using connection 1.

Only three wires from the 20 pin harness need to be connected(yellow, black, purple/yellow)?

Is this correct? Do any other connections need to be made?

The update to the EVO-ONE to be compatible with that whole list of cars found in guide 23251 was actually just recently introduced which is why the EVO-ONE is not currently listed as a compatible product for your vehicle.

If you want to try this you need to the latest 70.18 firmware. There is no guarantee on functionality since the evo-one is not listed: https://fortin.ca/en/vehicles/chevrolet/tahoe/2005/

The 3 connections outlined in the guide are only for the data part of the install. You also need to connect the main ignition harness to actual be able to start the vehicle.
