RF Kit Stops Working after Arm/lock

0 votes
2015 Jeep Wrangler, EVO-ALL, Compustar RF-2W704-SH 2-Way RF Kit with FT-D100.  The remotes that come with the RF kit are working but they stop working after I have locked or armed the system.  I cannot get them to respond and do anything until I unlock the doors with the factory remote.  It's seems that once the doors are locked, the car stops listening to any input through the aftermarket remotes.  If I want to use remote start for cold morning, I have to lock the doors on the jeep manually the night before.

Have you swapped the white and blue wires in the datalink connector ?

Yes, I have swapped the white and blue wires with blue on the outside.  I do get two way communications from the 2 way remote on remote start, lock and unlock (if the system is not already locked).  Once I remote start or lock, I'll get the initial confirmation on the keyfob but nothing works again until it's unlocked from the factory fob.  I have the latest version of firmware both on the ft-d100 and the EVO-ALL.

Disable option B2 for the RF issue.

You also have EVO-ALARM enabled, which is fine, but if you want the evo to actually trigger the horn, you will want to wire up the alarm feature as per this guide: Download Installation Guide  This guide also shows you how to connect a shock sensor or any other type of external trigger device.
