Sevice#001A06440829 yellow light comes on, I pushed the  program button, red light stays on solid, turn key on red light goes off and comes back on then I shut key off take out of ignition put the key in turn to on position red light flashes 4 times stays on solid nothing else happens. Programmed to decrypt the key, reset EVO ALL, tried all kinds of software from 4.18 all the way to newest. Nothing works.  Tried to call waited on hold for 2 hours with customer waiting. What are my options now?

Does the T-harness you have say GM1v2?

Looking at the service number provided the module is set for a Chevy Silverado 1500 2014. I would suggest re flashing it for the 14 Malibu to start. Is it a key or PTS vehicle?

Also what instalation did you follow A,B or C?

We had the bypass flashed for 2014 Malibu and when it wasn't working we tried different things while on hold for 2 hours.  It is a key start vehicle and we used A installation
Yes the T harnes is a V2
I would start off by choosing the right vehicle, flash to 70.18 and do the Dcryptor programming, we have also seen in the past that plugging the t-harness in the wrong sequence can cause a fuse in the vehicle to pop and prevent you from programming eventhough the vehicle will continue to function normally. I would look for a blown fuse in all the fuseboxes if you still have issues doing the procedure I outlined above.
