06 Avalanche factory alarm goes off intermittently

this unit has been in use for about a year & now sometimes when unlocking doors the alarm goes off. when you open the door. Using evoall with compustar CM 6200.  Any suggestions on what may be causing this. We reprogrammed the evoall but problem still persists.  Not able to get the unit to act up in the shop. Weird things never act up when the vehicle is in the shop.

Make sure the client is actually not using the oem remote and that the compustar is the alarm that is actually being triggered.

I think GM has a factory feature that if you unlock the doors but don't actually get in the car within a certain time frame (or relock within a certain time frame), the vehicle just arms itself but wont lock the doors.
