Evo start Lte not working

0 votes
Need some help.  Bought Evo start.  Programmed it correctly I'm sure as the blue light is solid.  If I remote start or unlock/lock the doors with my fob it shows on the app.  But I can't get the app itself to remote start, unlock or lock the doors.  It will say it was successful but it wasn't.  I'm lost.  SN: 81043369783

Hello,

Sounds like you may have forgotten to pair the evo start to the evo-one or evo-all.

Please refer to these isntructions on how to pair the 2 units together: https://cdn02.fortin.ca/download/102151/EVO-ONE_IG_EVO-START_QUICK-GUIDE_F_102151.pdf

Be sure to press unlock on your OEM remote before beginning the programming sequence in the vehicle.

You can also try logging out, fully closing out the app, then re open it and log back in and re try.

Best regards.

I damaged the Evo One and had to buy a new one.  Programmed the Evo using my desktop and programmed it successfully but wouldn't start the car using the push lock 3X on the oem fob.  I reflashed it using the Wizard mode on the mobile app, didn't change anything, but now it works.  The Wizard mode isn't available on the desktop app anymore, for some reason.  Used the Valet switch this time instead of the ignition method and now the Start LTE works.  I think the desktop app needs some work.  I can go into the configuration options on my laptop but the option isn't showing up on either of my desktops.  Maybe this will help someone reading this in the future.  Thanks for the help Derek.
