2013 Subaru Impreza Unable to Lock/Unlock with RF Remote During Remote Start

Hi, I have an EVO-One with RFK442 installed on my 2013 Impreza (automatic) following the wiring diagrams on guide #97471. I can't use the RF kit's remote to lock/unlock the doors after the car is started. Looks like the unit is still receiving the signals though, the parking lights and antenna LED flashes accordingly when I press the buttons on the remote. The remote lock and unlock just fine when the car isn't running.

I would take a look at the door lock data wire, this is how the door locks are controlled when the vehicle is remote started.
