Programming Issue!

Question

Just purchased  new unit received yesterday.

SN# 002B04 643583  Date 10/2023 EVO-ONE-HON1

2011 Honda CRV

Installing today.

"T" harness installed - Ground installed.

Programming step #1

Programming button pushed and connector installed .....The LED's light RED - YELLOW - BLUE  and continue to cycle.

They should light BLUE - YELLOW -RED  then BLUE - RED

What is the issue.

Is the unit defective?

Hello,

Your module is not flashed, you must flash it using the flash link manager and flash link updater prior to in vehicle programming.
