ogema linkr will not programme

Question

I have a 2017 toyota rav4. Evo all with t harness. The module will not take programming for the omega ltr phone app module. Everytime i have followed instructions for the omega module it wipes out the car and i have to prgramme the evo all again. I have done it 2 times so far. I dont want to lock to decrypter out. I have done it twice already. Is there another way to programme the omgea module? Thanks

What is the S/n to the module?

Sn#001A07045375. As per that install guide the only thing that happens is that the vehicle programming keeps getting erased. I have had to reprogram the vehicle 3 times alreadly. Now the module is locked out decrypter. Nothing happens at step 5 of the learn procedure no matter how long i hold the button down. I have h2 option on the evo all and fortin selected as the protocol on the phone app selected.

I would suggest going through the programming for the car once. Once you have done that please call technical support so we can walk you through pairing the carlink device to the evo.
