Where did you purchase this unit?

Online, part of a pke, pts kit.      It will not allow programming of factory key.  light stays solid blue.  it appears to have 12 volt at the yellow wire.  brought inside, connectd to flashlink and says not compatible

CN-EVO-ALL is product for the Chinese Market only. They have their own flash link program and use a different account than the fortin account . Those products shouldn't be sold in North America. You need a proper EVO-ALL that does not say CN in front of it. 

 

I would really appreciate it if you could send info to support@fortin.ca on where exactly it was purchased and what exactly was purchased. Or post it here in case someone else runs into the same problem.
