2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser Program Functions and Modes?

Question

I have a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser

I bought this unit so that I could have remote start.

I was told I only needed the Evo One with TOY1 T-Harnes.  I was able to install with no issues, the unit does program correctly.  However, since it did not come with any remotes, I can use the valet switch to get to the different functions, but I cannot change the default setting on Function #38 to allow the 3x Lock press on OEM remote to remote start. 

How can I change this? Or how can I program a remote so that I can use it to change the modes?
