2015 jeep grand Cherokee PTS using evo all climate shuts off with remote start

Question

Installed an evo all a while ago but customer noticed the climate is off when she starts with evo all 3x lock and start 2

When she uses factory remote start or manual start climate turns on no problem

It’s turning the climate off  the screen says climate off even though she turns it all on before she shuts Jeep off
