What is the S/N number on the back of the module? I will check to see if it has been flashed and configured correctly.

Before trying the following please ensure you have a flash link updater.

- Master reset the unit in the vehicle following these steps: https://cdn.fortin.ca/en/download/61931/61931.pdf

- Return to the computer and flash version 74.18 into the evo-all, Click on "view other firmwares" to be able to select this version.

- Enable option C1 & D1 in the options and click "save options"

- Re program the module to the vehicle following this guide: https://fortin.ca/download/64011/evo-all_ig_rts_bi_chr-skreempl-charger-2003-2007_e_64011.pdf

- Test operation of the unit and let me know if it still over cranks.
this did not nwork at all mwhat a waste of time and effort there was no change ,ieven tried the firmware for max crank 4 seconds and still same out come so now im at 4 flashes out of 8 so you guys can give me a correct answer and reset my limit to zero and a fix before you owe me a new startor motor at $1000
If neither of those firmwares worked for the over crank then my next suggestion would be to remove the evo-all and get in contact with your point of purchase to exchange it for an evo-one.
With the evo one you will be able to add or remove cranking time in 1/2 second incramenets. The evo-all being a more basic unit does not offer this type of fine tune tach programming.

Another option would be to use an analog remote starter with tach programming capabilites, take the evo all out of stand alone and let the analog remote starter control the cranking procedure. This may required hardwiring a tach wire from the remote starter to the vehicle.

I have reset the flash limit for you as well.
