2005 Grand Cherokee oem alarm goes off after starting

When I start my Cherokee in the morning after sitting all night the OEM alarm goes off after the vehicle starts. The alarm  will shut off if I press the unlock button and the vehicle will stay running but this is not an ideal situation. How can I stop it from doing this?

Need to enable option D2 for disarm before start.

I have the same problem with my 2011 Jeep liberty. I don't see D2 listed.

If I disable the alarm when the remote starter engages, wouldn't that give a thief the opportunity to smash a window and get in while it's running?
With all remote starters, if the vehicle has a factory alarm, it needs to be disarmed before start. Doors stay locked. If someone gets in and hits the brake without the key in the barrel, the car shuts off.

D2 can be manually turned on in PRO MODE by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner and selecting Go To Pro mode. Options can be manually configured while in pro mode.
