radio stays on after remote shutdown

after remote start then shutdown with the remote the radio stays on unless you open the door

install went good software level is 70.21 tried 70.18 radio stays on till door is openeded

What is the vehicle? On certain vechiles this is normal as we do not control RAP functions.
