Not running for 30 minutes

I have the fortin evo and the flash shows it's at 30 min on my diesel. When I remote start it with mycar, it will start at 30 and immediately drop to under 15 min. I let the truck run and it shut off after 15 min. What's wrong?

I figured it out. It wasn't in diesel mode. But now it we ont delay when I start it for the grid heater.

What is the 12 digit service number of the evo module?

That numbers allows us to see how the unit is setup and flashed.
