2003 trailblazer. Wondering if there is 4.06 with D2D options

I'm 99% sure I have done it last year. I am looking for the 4.06 firmware but compatible with D2D for Avital

I think you are thinking of 0.60 which is basically 4.06 in D2D. Both of those are not available on the new evo-alls hw7.

 

use 70.18 it will have the datalink options.
