2017 Audi S3 evo-all Firmware which to use?

The installation guide says 0.48 Only which is a beta. The flashlink software recommends 75.38.

Which should I use? I don't want to flash the unit too many times and get locked out.

0.48 since it says Only in the guide

My ASCL6 wasn't working well with 0.48. I updated to the 75.38 version and it is working much better.
