Are Lock unlock A2 and A3 optional 2010 altima PTS EVO All

If A4 and A5 are hooked up, do A2 and A3 need to be hooked up, and vice versa?

Only if you are using an optional source, like another alarm system, to control the lock and unlock.  Otherwise A2, A3 don't need to be wired up.
