Do i cut white wire before or after fuse? Evo-One T Harness

2011 Nissan versa.  I am using Guide # 34741.  For the parking lights the diagram shows to cut the white wire from the harness and splice into the (+) Parking Lights.   The white wire has a fuse.  Do i cut this wire before or after the fuse?

After, the fuse must stay inline with the parking light circuit.
