EVO-ALL external triggers not working

Hi

Installed EVO-ALL on 2017 Mazda CX-9 as stand alone together with Smart Start DSM300 through data connection. Remote start works with 3x lock and SmartStart controls remote start and lock/unlock. Problem is purple/purple white wires do not do anything when grounded. Trying to add a remote in additon to the SmartStart, but can't get EVO-ALL to lock/unlock through external trigger. Any ideas?

purple and purple/white are not lock-unlock inputs if option G - EVO-ALARM is enabled. They are used as alarm triggers.   I can check if service number is supplied.

What remote are you trying to add ?

An Audiovox keyless entry system I think APS620. Shouldn't make a difference which one, it gives a 3 second neg pulse. I tested and verifies it's giving the correct pulse. Also when I physically ground the purple or purple/white on the EVO-ALL nothing happens
