Flash Link Updater won't work

Hi so I disconnect the Flash Link Updater after it flash and now it's not working. It's showing firmware 0.00, it doesn't show any firmware update, and it won't even connect with my Evo-One. How can this be fix?

Make sure your flashlink software is in Connection Mode Bypass in the bottom right corner. If not, press the toggle button.

Do you have FlashLink Manager 3.54 version ?

Yes I have the latest. That's what I did and still nothing. I don't even hear the clicking noise when it switches. It also shows my service number as all 0's
