After the Blue LED flashes a few times, the LED will turn yellow. This is actually normal (as long as the blue LED was flashing before).

How are you trying to start the vehicle? By using the factory remote 3x lock?

YES, AND WILL NOT START.   I DO NOT HAVE THE DOOR LOCK WIRING CONNECTED. WILL THAT KEEP IT FROM STARTING?
Options C1 and D1 in the EVO-ALL need to be enabled for 3x Lock Start. Currently, those options are not enabled in your unit.

There's a guide available on what to enable.

I’m having the same issue with mine.   Oth C1 and D1 are checked and saved and mine still won’t start.  Help!
