2014 accord ex-l V6 coupe. Engine shuts off when opening door still.

i I have a 2014 accord ex-l V6 coupe. Using the Evo One. The engine shuts off when opening door still. I have gone into the software options of the fortin unit and disabled this several times with no difference. Is there any fix??

Is the vehicle a push-to-start? If so, that's how it's going to work, the vehicle needs to shut down (by opening a door) after being remote started before you can drive away with it.

 
If the vehicle is not push-to-start, what is the 12 digit service number of the EVO-ONE?

Yes it's push to start. I hate having to start the car twice, when the remote start has the option "override engine shutoff when door opens" feature. That's why I bought the Evo-one, it's supposed  to work around that feature.

The module has no "override" feature. The car can not be driven when it has been remote started, there is no work around.
