Flaslink will not work

Flaslink chimes when plugged into the USB, lights blink, sometimes stays red. Hook evo all to it and nothing happens. I have tried different ports, different PCs, run as admin, tried updating, reinstalling the program. Flashlink-c 12 2020 is on back, evo all sn 001A07 235351

For issues such as these I suggest downloading teamviewer, then contacting fortin tech support so we can remotely log into your pc to see why it will not connect.

same here, was drive me crazy to get connect to my pc, but not luck1

Go to device manager to see if there's an issue with your USB ports. It might be a driver issue.
