Do I have to disconnect all connectors to use flashlink (or flashlink mobile)?

Can I leave my EVO-ONE in the vehicle with all of the connectors plugged in and program it with either Flashlink Desktop or Flashlink Mobile?

I understand that is the case for flashing a firmware upgrade,  but for example, how do you use the DCryptor function without having the module connected?

I really just want to change Bypass options.

dcryptor is done by plugging the module into the updater.

How does the dcryptor read the key if the module is unplugged from power and CANbus?

The whole reason for the incar programming is to load up the evo with key data. It gets stored in the evo. Once incar progamming is done successfully, disconnect evo and connect to Flasher.

Thank you for all your answers.  What is the advantage of using the Flashlink Mobile in the vehicle if the module has to be removed?
