DO I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH PROGRAMMING WHEN AMBER LED IS ON WHILE ENGINE IS RUNNING?

was able to talk to tech support and instructed me to connect the dark blue wire (20 pin connector) to remote starter negative out while running wire. tried to use remote starter and still imoobilizer flashes.

You should contact tech support again so they can diagnose the installation with you. Make sure you call when you are in vehicle and ready to make some test.
