3xlock sets off alarm,key in ignition at off 3xlock starts car for 15secs

both keys need to be the original oem keys from when the vehicle was purchased, the red led needs to flash 10x during the programing sequence on step 8 of the 2 key programming sequence, OR you could try the dcryptor type 1-key programming.

Thanks, got the 10 red flashes same result, I'll try the 1 key programing.
we normally disarm the oem alarm on ford by sending the oem key codes and powering up ignition for a few seconds. So if the immobilizer did not program properly then it will not disarm the oem alarm.

Could you please unlock the vehicle using the oem remote and then find the yellow/black wire in the 20 pin connector and momentarily pulse that wire to ground, the vehicle should remote start.

Please let us know if the vehicle starts when performing this test.
