2001 GMC Jimmy EVO-ALL Not Working Right

0 votes
I have a 2001 GMC Jimmy...purchase an EVO-ALL flashed it, connected remote start/alarm per instructions, programed it for the PassLock, it learned the ignition as the instructions said it would.

The only features that actually work is the PassLock bypass, brake and OBD2, the tach connection showed it was learned by alarm but would not start only turn over....keyless, hatch release, tach, etc do not work.

Just to verify connect everything else to the truck tempory to test and everythng works as its suposed to.

Why does the EVO-ALL not function as it says its suposed to, it would be nice if it did everything stated it does to make the final install neater and easier over all.

Thanks in advance

It's an Ungo SR9000, which is just a rebadged/branded Viper 5900V

First, you need firmware 4.06 as stated in the installation guide. Second, the D2D protocol Viper uses is not available in firmware 4.06 if you are trying to use datalink. Use wire-to-wire instead of datalink.
